What You’ll Do:

• Manage the daily operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal standards and external certifications (AS9100, Nadcap AC-7121, ISO/IEC 17025, and IPC-A-620).
• Responsible for getting our Arizona and Philippines locations ISO, AS9100 and 17025 certified.
• Oversee quality control processes from incoming material inspection to final product release.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits and external audits and customer inspections.
• Guide root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and other teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Ensure quality documentation is up to date and accessible via company platforms.
• Be a part of the Executive Leadership Team

Salary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000.
