Sign-on bonus eligibility: Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.

Wages start at $17.50hr and increase with experience.

This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift Certified Nurse Assistant position in the Med/Surg department.

The Certified Nurse Assistant works as an integral part of the patient care team providing support and assistance to a wide variety of patients and families. Performs Phlebotomy tasks as required and will be provided on the job training.

Minimum Required: CNA license in state of Montana required. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must obtain BLS Healthcare Provider within 90 days of hire. Experience in Medical Terminology preferred. Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.

Preferred/Desired: CNA experience preferred but not required. One (1) year Adult Acute Care experience preferred. Experience in medical terminology preferred. 

Weekend Requirements: Every Third Weekend
