Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
· Designs, develops, maintains, and supports EEDRS technical infrastructure that includes network, hardware, database, and/or system software components.
· Develops and applies advanced techniques in the investigation and solution of advanced EEDRS system requirements and problems.
· Performs advanced EEDRS technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation and evaluates alternatives.
· Analyzes and resolves difficult and complicated EEDRS program support deficiencies.
· Guides configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and ensures all quality and change control standards are met.
· Plans, conducts, and technically directs EEDRS projects or major phases of significant projects.
· Coordinates efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned EEDRS projects.
· Conducts EEDRS investigations and tests of considerable complexity.
· Reviews completion and implementation of EEDRS system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management.
· May evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as information systems, engineering, or other related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years related experience.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters preferred.
- MS SQL database experience.
- MS OS 2012 experience or higher.
- Experience with IT/OT in an operational environment.
- Field service experience, preferably with the following programs/software: Metasys; Niagra; Rockwell Factory Talk; Tridium; Schneider Electric: Powerlogic/Struxureware; Siemens: Apogee; Ignition: Inductive Automation; Eaton Networks; Field Servers; Jace Controllers; Bacnet.
