About you

Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.

You’re a dependable self-starter who will perform non-technical light maintenance, housekeeping, occupancy and custodial duties. 

In this role, you will…

• You effectively assist the Maintenance staff, Engineer and company vendors as needed. 

• Successfully observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment – promptly reporting all that requires repair.

• Effectively reporting all safety hazards or conditions requiring outside vendor services

What you’ll bring

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 – 2 years’ experience

• Effective communication skills

Bonus Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems (CMMS)  

• Experience with painting, drywall, and light carpentry
