Not much has changed from a candidate pool, but there are more tools in the mix now.
Primarily a MS shop. Telerik for UI. Kendo and Bootstrap UI.
Use TFS for Source control, continuous integration, and automated builds also for Agile project management.
Most development is done for internal operations and sales folks.
A small handful of apps are customer facing.
We have a lot of tools and run a pretty lean team, so somebody won't come in and work on just one product.
Started doing MVC, with a little SharePoint stuff in the mix. Also have SSRS reports.
They do a lot of integration work for WebServices, internally and externally.

Have been doing Agile for three years. Historically they have done 2 week sprints with some month-long iterations.
Mostly C# and smattering of VB.Net (older applications)
There is one Oracle database
C# is a big piece, but if they had a ton of OO experience, they may consider it.
