Responsibilities
Product Management and Project Execution for Test Learn Optimization Systems
- Think strategically and act as a highly visible thought leader partner in the identification, development and implementation of new digital marketing capabilities by collaborating on the right strategy.
- Lead definition, initiation and execution of projects based on the established roadmap and priorities. This includes drafting Opportunity Summaries, Project Definition Documents, obtaining initial development sizings and effort-appropriate resourcing, initiating and leading project efforts, serving as the day to day business contact for projects and managing project budgets.
- Develop success criteria, business requirements, and project scorecards associated with projects to insure post-implementation project tracking.
- Actively monitoring the broader Digital Project Landscape for awareness, tracking, consulting and to proactively provide guidance to alternate Digital projects with potential impacts to A/B MVT testing platform.
- Prepare and present appropriate materials to key business and technology stakeholders in order to socialize and gain agreement on direction, scope and status of ongoing work.
- Supporting any production issues requiring business input across the Targeting and Optimization Systems to support and ensure ongoing system health.
- Develop appropriate internal tools, processes and supporting artifacts to enable the smart growth of an expanding team and increasing demand.

The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative and consultative in their every-day effort and is able to instinctively identify roadblocks, work toward resolution and communicate associated risks, impacts, solutions and process improvements confidently and at the executive level.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in A/B and Multivariate Testing or leading teams responsible for testing.
- Experience managing products and projects, ranging from concepts in ideation to platform features already in production.
- Highly-developed capacity to work with and influence diverse functional areas, both within the Digital Channels Group and within other lines of business and technology groups.
- High level of proficient with Windows-based software tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio.
- Strong presentation skills and executive-level presence coupled with the ability to distill complex concepts into consumable stories at multiple levels.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience – 7+ years of relevant experience; experience with large projects or enterprise initiatives; senior product management experience; cross-functional team leadership; strategic leadership of programs; vendor management and management experience.
- Technical Experience – Demonstrated understanding of basic web mobile applications and digital marketing and how supporting systems work with external vendor products; experience managing initiatives that involve integration between web platforms applications.
- Ability to Prioritize Execute – Proven success working in a fast-paced environment and effectively influencing and managing shifting priorities while delivering on both tactical and strategic deliverables.
- Ability to drive Decisions and Direction – Strong facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
- Strategic Vision – Strategic thinker, detail and results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic and a highly motivated self-starter.
- Effective Communication – Exhibits the capability to synthesize requirements and analytics data to tell a succinct, consumable and actionable story at multiple organizational levels.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management or Process Engineering experience at a large and matrixed digital organization.
- Demonstrated ability to wireframe and/or storyboard requirements for a minimal viable product.
- Demonstrated understanding of A/B Testing methodology from hypothesis development through resulting implementation.
- Hands on familiarity with Customer Targeting, Tag Management, Site Analytics and A/B Testing systems in an online production environment.
- Vendor management experience, including RFP, vendor selection, contract negotiation and performance management.
