Required Skills- Project Scope:
Moving from SAP HANA on ECC to SAP on HANA
General Requirements:
• Should know the best practices surrounding HANA and be able to discuss and follow them. May need to push back on non-best practices with the chosen integrator.
• Need to be an expert in the value stream for the role (H2R, O2C, P2P, etc.), not just within SAP, but the business process as a whole. For example, having a deep understanding of the entire procure to pay cycle is key, not just knowing how data flows between SAP modules.
• Needs to have experience leading a team as they’ll be leading about 15 employees and 15 of the chosen integrator’s contractors
• Need to have 15 years of experience
• Need to have experience in non-SAP solutions, including implementing non-SAP solutions, for the specific value stream
O2C
SAP SD and MM experience is required
Hybris experience is required
Experience in SAP RFNO and OGSD is nice to have
EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering or equivalent experience in related field required
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10-12 years diversified information technology experience as an Domain/Solution architect required
- Minimum 10 years’ experience applications and delivery models such as ERP commercial off-the-shelf applications, custom development and Software-as-a-Service
- Experience collaboratively developing thought leadership work products such as strategies and roadmaps
- Experience in planning and designing integrated enterprise technology solutions including SAP Business analyst and project manager experience is preferred.
