Our client has immediate openings for SuccessFactors Functional Analysts to support a leading Airline of US .

Description

The SuccessFactors Functional Analyst is responsible for System Configuration / Development, Integration, Maintenance and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central System

• Provide expertise in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Perform necessary configurations to satisfy new business and regulatory requirements

• Expert in HR business process and in the areas of Personal Administration (PA), Talent Management , Organization Management (OM), Benefits, Payroll, Enterprise Compensation Management, ESS and MSS.

• Display working knowledge in other SuccessFactors solutions (Performance, Goals, Talent, Recruiting / Onboarding) with a minimum of 2 successful SuccessFactors implementation/integration projects

• Maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points, and best practices

• Interact with internal business customers and other members of the team on integration and re-engineering opportunities.

• Ability to multi-task configuration, support and on-going maintenance projects and meet deadlines in a complex and dynamic environment

• Define/implement workaround processes, corrective action, communication and system cleanup activities

• Formulate and execute positive and negative unit test plans and assist in developing system regression and performance test plans for enhancements or new releases in the various test and productive environments

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of related HR / Payroll configuration experience including experience implementing HCM cloud applications in SuccessFactors

• Good Knowledge of Success Factors Admin Tool, Business Execution (BizX) Talent Modules, Compensation, Employee Central, customizations using Meta Data Framework (MDF) Cloud/Hybrid integration (Dell Boomi, Hana Cloud Integration, Hana Cloud Platform) and social collaboration tools like SAP Jam.
