SuccessFactors Business Analysts / Project Manager
Our client has immediate openings for SuccessFactors Business Analysts / Project Managers to support a leading Airline of US . Contract duration is 6 months to a year .
Description
Summary: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. The technical skills include using computer technology to meet the needs of the organization.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
o Manage backup, security and user help system
o Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
o Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery
o Display working knowledge in other SuccessFactors solutions (Performance, Goals, Talent, Recruiting / Onboarding) with a minimum of 2 successful SuccessFactors implementation/integration projects
o Interact with internal business customers and other members of the team on integration and re-engineering opportunities.
• Ability to multi-task configuration, support and on-going maintenance projects and meet deadlines in a complex and dynamic environment
• Deliver high quality, efficient solutions through innovative approaches to dynamic business processes
• Gather information, determine alternatives, create requirements, functional/technical specifications, estimate development hours, create technical design, develop and troubleshoot ABAP programs to meet defined business needs
• Proven ability to translate proposed business processes into correct SAP configuration
• Work with the project team to ensure that all SAP designs are correct and that customizations are only made as required by the business
• Ensure that if customizations are required that solutions are created according to SAP best practices
• Solve complex issues that arise with system operations, job monitoring, routine program modification, performance tuning or problem solving and participate in on-call rotation.
• Define/implement workaround processes, corrective action, communication and system cleanup activities
• Formulate and execute positive and negative unit test plans and assist in developing system regression and performance test plans for enhancements or new releases in the various test and productive environments
