Job Description-
Primarily responsible for Application Support and Problem Management.
Accountable for Incident Analysis, RCA, Resolution, and Reporting.
Representing Capgemini production support team
Work closely with current onshore and offshore Capgemini team.
Responsible for moderating client meetings and communication as and when needed
Expected to prepare various report to IKEA and Capgemini management
Work closely with the AD team on the PRs and CRs design
Reporting and working closely with onshore AD SME and Architect on issues
Working and co-ordinating with vendor / production team
