Job Description-

Service Now Administrator
 
• Administer all technical aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery including: 
Services, core configuration, security configuration, workflow configuration, development of required integration components, implementation of data imports, custom scripting and third party software integrations. 
• Perform day to day administration of ServiceNow application, including making approved changes to process and work flows, building reports, managing data, personalizing lists, content management and technical support. 
• Work with business users to translate requirements into functional and technical requirements, identify and refine business requirements and workflows 
• Install, configure, modify, maintain, and/or administer applications, networks, databases, and other systems for ServiceNow and other assigned applications, or coordinate the resources needed to execute these tasks. 
• Perform or oversee application maintenance including: updates, patches, upgrades, backups and disaster recovery. 
• Implement technology specific best practices and standards. 
• Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solutions, proposes design changes to processes and products 
• Administers extensions to ServiceNow data model in support of requirements. 
• Reviews testing scenarios and refines test cases, to ensure applications quality and works with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results. 
• Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments. 
• Evaluate new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations. 
• Support product roadmap planning, participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
