Role : Peoplesoft HCM Business Analyst

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Duration : 6 Months

Project:
Enhancements, Break Fixes, and Support for Talent Development and Compensation areas
Miscellaneous support activities.
Part of the Human Capital Business Analysis and Technology Team -
Approximately 25 team members supporting Human Capital Systems

Responsibilities:

Documenting AS-IS processes
Documenting TO-BE processes
Documenting detailed business requirements
Creating functional designs
Creating test plans
Performing test execution.
Assist with project implementation and "go-live"
Assist with warranty period fixes and issues

software tools/skills:

PeopleSoft HRMS - Technical and Functional
Microsoft Office - proficient level

What skills/attributes are a must have?

Requirements gathering
Documentation (e.g. Functional Specifications, test planning)
Understand SQL
Good communication skills
