Reviewing database designs, project deployments, implementing and operating disaster recovery, security controls, and data models 
Required to exhibit technical leadership by recommending database design improvements, reviewing queries and suggest improvements and leading other members to implement the designs created while over-seeing the operational support deliverables. 

PRIMARY SKILLS 
18+ months experience with Hadoop 
Database Administration 
Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration (DBA) 
Oracle Database Administration
