Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
Test and troubleshoot Cisco Jabber to prep for North American Jabber client rollout.
Provide support for Jabber related issues post deployment.
Technical configuration and setup of Jabber.
Migration of physical fax infrastructure to cloud based faxing solution (Retarus).
Assist network and communications teams with RTE support.
Assist Communications team with support and troubleshooting UCCE Call center applications.
Position Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business or related work experience/certification.
Cisco UC or UCCE experience
Experience with Cloud based faxing.
Experience with Cisco Call Manager.
Experience with Cisco Jabber Deployment and troubleshooting.
Experience with Cisco video conferencing and TMS application/server.
Knowledge of Video Conferencing principles.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
