Job Description :

Seeking an experienced senior level mobility administrator with enterprise expertise in supporting line of business mobile device use cases and devices, including evaluating business needs and then performing the following based on those needs: coordinating user acceptance testing, documenting and supporting the deployment of mobile device solutions.

Experience with MDM/EMM tool architecture and support, wireless networks, mobile device security, wireless/mobile printer management, configuration and automation is required.

Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize the currently existing MDM/mobile printer management system: - Conduct proofs of concept and coordinate user acceptance testing of new solutions. - Apply enterprise standards to all support and deployment efforts. - Prepare detailed documentation of all operational tasks and solutions. - Administer/Manage mobile devices (entire life cycle) - Recommend improvement, adjustment, and strategy for future needs. - Support existing Mobile Application Management corporate store - Deploy, and maintain security policies to be enforced and pushed to mobile devices. - Code signing for both Windows Phone 8.1 and iOS applications - Install and test new or updated MDM systems/components to optimize/enhance MDM solution. - Maintain documentation of the MDM system's architecture and configuration to ensure successful ongoing support. - Collaborate and contribute as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive work environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.

Skillset Details

3+ years experience providing operational direction and support of mobile device management in a large enterprise required. Previous airline experience and/or management and configuration of mobile printing solutions including lot label, RFID, etc. from vendors such as IER, Zebra, Intermec, Custom America is ideal. Broad infrastructure technology concepts around software, hardware, networking, applications, end user interfaces, virtualization, business continuity, and total cost of ownership. Excellent technical knowledge and aptitude in the following areas: Airwatch, iOS, Android and Mac OS X. In depth knowledge and experience in the following is a plus: Active Directory, SCCM 2012, GPOs, Windows 7, Windows 10, Project Management.
