Job Description- Must Have:
1. Salesforce Development
2. Experience with Salesforce/WebServices integration (REST or SOAP)
3. APEX and VisualForce
4.Understanding of sharing rules
5. System testing and performance tuning
7. Experience working with Salesforce service desk
8. Ability to create reports and dashboards
Nice to Have:
1. Case Object experience
2. Subversion
3. Healthcare and or call center experience
4. 405 or 505 certifications
Soft Skills:
This resource must have excellent communication both written and verbal. They must be willing to collaborate with the team for code reviews and performance tuning. They must also be flexible to work off hours during releases.
Currently around 10% of calls in the contact center need to be escalated. Salesforce records, and tracks any escalations then closes out all action items that stem from the escalation. This system is 1 yr. old. They have 1 fulltime resource dedicated to this tool, and need an additional contract resource to help with future enhancement and release work. They support 2.7K end users and 4 systems. On the front end Salesforce interacts with the contact center. On the backend it interacts with several different teams (legal, compliance etc.). The tool was purchased off the shelf and customized using case objects. They are also using Salesforce for reporting purposes.
They are currently on a quarterly release schedule, and are hoping to move to a monthly release schedule.
