Job Description-
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Support ticketing system
-Work with a team that is responsible for the day to day maintenance, monitoring, managing and support of our Office 365 Exchange environment.
-Needs to be able to work in a team atmosphere, able to learn quickly, and be a self-motivator.
-Nice to have Active Directory experience, or Office Communicator
QUALIFICATIONS:
-3 or more years of experience in administration of large exchange environments.
-Experience in Exchange 2010 and 2013.
-Experience with Office 365 (O365) is a plus but can be taught to the right person.
-Skype for Business experience a plus
-Lync or Office Communicator a plus
