• Position is responsible for providing systems requirements definition and high-level and detailed analysis in response to requests for changes to the system.

Responsibilities :

• Work with stakeholders in defining solution to business problem or change request
• Analyze the Request For Changes (RFC) and work with stakeholders in scope definition
• Create and maintain requirements documentation
• Involve in development, systems testing and reporting activities
• Effectively communicate to developers and testers the scope, purpose, requirements and the solution.
• Provide support to operations, training help with data analysis and fix the issues that rise in production.
• Prepare system documentation, such as functional specifications, release notes.
• Perform project management duties for agile projects, such as status reports, team meetings.
• Uses industry standards and best practices approved by the project management
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills :

• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of Analysis and Design experience.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
• Strong knowledge in using MS-Office tools
• Ability to express complex functional concepts and solutions effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Solid knowledge of SQL, RDBMSs preferably Oracle will be a plus.
• Ability to comprehend the technical concepts involving web related technologies, middleware and messaging technologies.
• Possess knowledge of design patterns and practices.
• Perform data analysis on large volumes of raw and structured data
