Responsibilities:
- Performs quality reviews of operations at department and individual levels to measure performance on contract regulation, program policy & procedure.
- Reviews group and individual outputs on a scheduled and random basis to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Identifies and researches inefficiencies or inaccuracies in departmental methods and procedures and gathers and analyzes quality statistics to determine trends and documents findings for management.
- Proposes and implements procedural/systems solutions to meet needs and improve overall performance. Determines related training needs and provides training to internal staff.
- Responds to questions from customers and outside auditors on quality issues
- Bachelor's Degree.
- In lieu of a 4-year degree: a 2-year degree with equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- 5 years progressive experience in Quality oversight or related areas.
- ITIL v3 Foundations.
- Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of industry quality standards and methodologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate quality plans, proposals, and results at management levels
