Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for direct hire/permanent role.  This role can work from anywhere within the U.S. and will be supporting a growing team developing data centric B2B products.

In this role, you will: 

• Code, participate in code reviews, analyze data and contribute to the design of the platform. 
• Design and implement new features, applications and functions 
• Assign tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging and analytics
• Create technical documentation for features, applications and code implementations
• Guide and mentor junior developers on best coding practices, language semantics and code simplicity 
• Meeting with Product Managers to plan and manage software development verticals 
• Managing contract engineering teams as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with coding and willingness to continue coding while having the option to occasionally mentor and lead junior level team members
• B2B SaaS development background is a must
• Prior technical leadership is strongly preferred. 
• Working with cloud native platform products is a major plus

• VueJs
• Golang
• Typescript
• Cloud Native (AWS, GCP, Heroku)
• ELK Stack
• Mongo DB
• Postgres
• CI/CD pipeline delivery model
• Kubernetes

Other things that will be helpful in this role:

• An understanding of of machine learning products
• Strong leadership skills
• Good all around technical judgment
• Great communication and design skills

Additional Information

This full time/direct hire role can work remote from anywhere within the U.S.  

This role will offer a benefits package to include paid time off,  Health/Dental/Vision 401k with match, and paid maternal/paternal leave.  The salary range for this role will be between $125,000- $180,000 per year*
