Job Description

We are seeking an IT Product Owner with ERP/Financial Systems product experience for a direct hire/permanent role in Nashville, TN.  This role will work a hybrid schedule and will be supporting several initiatives to include Financial Systems and ERP consolidation and implementation on a global level.   In this role, you will:  

• Collaborate with business teams to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into epics, features, user stories & enablers.
• Collaborate with other product and portfolio owners across the company to create a product road map based on this vision.
• Develop user stories and working with end users and cross functional teams and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritization.
• Be a liaison between the Financial teams and IT Teams
• Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
• Collaborate with the system architects and system engineers for design. Provide inputs and clarifications to acceptance criteria. Follow up with engineering team or other technical teams and remove roadblocks and address dependencies.
• Establish a process to drive continuous improvements & monitoring.
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product demos. Present the plan during the PI planning as well as sprint planning meetings. Identify risks and address them in timely manner.

Qualifications

• IT Product Owner experience 
• Experience with managing the product backlog and prioritization
• Need experience working with end users and cross functional teams and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Should have knowledge across Finance transactional processes (RtR, PtP, OtC, Costing), financial planning and analysis, Tax, and Treasury solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and preferably some knowledge with OneSource Suite.
• ERP experience on the financial side (FICO/Tax, etc) as an IT Product Owner is ideal

Additional Information

This direct hire/permanent  role will be in Nashville, TN, working a hybrid schedule. The interviews will be virtual.  Relocation assistance will be provided if you are located outside of the Nashville area and you will have up to one year to relocate.  This role will offer a salary range between 130,000k- 146,000k , + a 15% bonus (total compensation of $149,500- $167,900) along with 401k, medical , dental, and vision insurance coverage on day one of hire date.
