Job Description

We are seeking a Data Entry clerk for a 4–5-month contract role in Nashville, TN. This role will be onsite/in the office in Nashville, TN.  There are two roles open, and one role can work Monday-Friday from 7:30 am- 4:00 pm and the other role can work from 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.  These roles will be considered entry level roles. 

The responsibilities of these roles are as follows:  

• Updating and entering information regarding private applicators (addresses and expiration dates) and printing their cards. 
• Entering training rosters, updating addresses, and entering expiration dates
• Enter records for those applicators that have tested and enter them into the system, (name, address info, ID number and categories of testing, number of CEU’s to be earned, expiration date, and print cards.
