Job Description

We are seeking a Plant Controller for a direct hire/permanent role in Madison, NE.  

This role will be responsible for:

• Monitoring expenditures
• Developing and implementing internal controls
• Monitoring for fiscal compliance
• Evaluating cost effectiveness, generating internal external reports, analyzing information, and managing customer relations.
• Scale house accounting, yield reporting, payroll accounting, profit loss reporting, CIR reporting, and month-end general ledger reporting
• Supervising accounting personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and/or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 3+ years related experience preferred. 
• Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office Excel and Word. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 

Nice to have:

• Plant manufacturing experience either as an accountant or a controller.

Additional Information

This direct hire/permanent role will be onsite/ in the office in Madison, NE.  This role will pay between $61,000 – $130,000 per year and along with a comprehensive suite of benefits.  Relocation assistance can be offered for this role.
