Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for a 3 month contract in Knoxville, TN. This role will work onsite/in the office Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.
In this role, you will:
- Perform Administrative and clerical tasks such as Filing, opening mail, scanning, copying, etc.
- Acts as liaison between divisions and staff
- Attends meetings as required to gain information- may take notes as necessary and as needed.
- Handles routine correspondence including composition of replies and routes to the appropriate operating division for reply
- Prepares non-routine correspondence as requested
- Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree; qualifying full- time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.
