Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator for a permanent/direct hire in the Denver Tech Center area.  This role will be located onsite in the office (there is no remote or telecommuting options at this time) and will work with a collaborative team during normal business hours at the company location in the DTC.  

In this role, you will support the design and development of reporting solutions that are aligned with business strategy.  This role will encompass reporting, performance analytics, and dashboard content and design. Additional responsibilities include:  

  • Develop and automate enterprise-scale ServiceNow analytics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Design, develop and deploy actionable, responsive performance analytics indicators, reports.
  • Optimize visualizations, manage and maintain active dashboard solutions.
  • Automates reporting and information tools in a way that allows for easy access by end-users. Examples include e-mail, web-based report distribution.
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
  • Perform System Administrator activities for ServiceNow to include managing system updates, user access and other functions in accordance to maintaining the system, coordinating problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field; specialized training; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator preferred
  • Conceptual understanding of foundation level ITIL version 3 and/or version 4 knowledge (certification preferred)
  • ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows; Creation and modification of various Access Controls (ACL's), Business Rules, Scripting, Ajax Query, Jelly Scripts, UI Actions and UI Policies.
  • ServiceNow Web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.)
  • 2+ years ServiceNow experience: IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Systems Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) in an enterprise environment.
