Job Description
We are seeking an IT Product Owner professionals for a direct hire/permanent role onsite in the Denver Tech Center. These roles will be in the office Monday-Friday (no remote options) and will drive the release of new features that span a variety of business functions, whether introducing operational improvements, furthering our technical capabilities, or enhancing the customer experience. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities within your vertical and engage with the appropriate agile sprint teams in releasing features to best address those business needs. Additional responsibilities include:
- Identify business opportunities through direct engagement with clients and other external stakeholders as well as market research efforts
- Engage internal stakeholders as appropriate in gathering additional business requirements
- Drive requirements prioritization activities within their agile sprint team(s)
- Assist in user research efforts as needed alongside UX/UI Designers
- Participate in key sprint events (sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos)
- Identify success metrics to measure feature effectiveness
- Produce marketing collateral in conjunction with the appropriate business departments as part of release rollout
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on release outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and/or equivalent work experience desired
Skills & Experience
- 8-12 years' experience working on B2B or B2B2C, SAAS-based product teams desired
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams
- Agile methodologies
- Prioritizing requirements
- Preparing presentations for all levels of stakeholders, from colleagues to C-level
- Scrum / agile certification a plus
- Experience in a healthcare-related field a plus
Experience in any of the following tools preferred:
- Google Analytics / Firebase
- Hubspot
- JIRA / Confluence
- Smartsheet
- Tableau
Additional Information
This direct hire/permanent role will be located in the Denver Tech Center area and will be onsite/ in the office Monday-Friday during normal business hours (there are no remote options). This role will offer a salary range of $120,000- $140,000 per year (depending on experience) and will offer a comprehensive benefit package.
