Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract-to-hire role in Englewood CO. In this role, you will assist Project Managers with their work load in an enterprise environment.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager career path.  

Responsibilities of this role are as follows: 

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and share their work load
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports

Qualifications

  • Project Coordination experience
  • Knowledge and aspiration in project management, from conception to delivery
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing and taking on project load to help various PM
  • Coordination with Dev. Managers to intake, expected completion date/deadlines, ad-hoc request for enhancement & change
  • Organized, systematic, outgoing personality & initiative taker
  • Constant interaction with PMs and PM team leaders
  • Good organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Project management tools

Additional Information

This 6 month contract to hire will be located in the south Denver area near I-25 and Lincoln.  There are options for a hybrid schedule of remote and onsite weekly.
