Are you ready to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team while delivering an outstanding customer experience? Clearwater Systems is looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to lead our Meadville service center. You’ll be at the heart of our operations — building team excellence, championing customer service, and driving results.

Key duties – What you'll do:

  • Create a positive, energized environment that inspires top-tier customer service.
  • Coordinate associate activities to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Share insights and feedback with leadership to improve location performance.
  • Ensure accurate inventory, financial, and staffing data.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement operational policies and practices.
  • Uphold a clean, friendly, and safe work environment for both customers and associates.
  • Ensure compliance with policies procedures.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment for safety and reliability.
  • Manage warranty and damage claims within established timelines.
  • Evaluate, mentor, and coach associates to foster growth and achievement.

Qualifications – What you need:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience (a strong mix of education & practical know-how).
  • 2 to 5 years of successful management of people and teams – with proven leadership and team development success.
  • Strong computer skills – both using and teaching them.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs occasionally).
  • Bonus: Experience with water treatment systems.
