Clearwater Systems is looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to lead our Meadville service center. You’ll be at the heart of our operations — building team excellence, championing customer service, and driving results.

Key duties – What you'll do:

Create a positive, energized environment that inspires top-tier customer service.
Coordinate associate activities to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
Share insights and feedback with leadership to improve location performance.
Ensure accurate inventory, financial, and staffing data.
Collaborate across departments to implement operational policies and practices.
Uphold a clean, friendly, and safe work environment for both customers and associates.
Ensure compliance with policies procedures.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment for safety and reliability.
Manage warranty and damage claims within established timelines.
Evaluate, mentor, and coach associates to foster growth and achievement.

Qualifications – What you need:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience (a strong mix of education & practical know-how).
2 to 5 years of successful management of people and teams – with proven leadership and team development success.
Strong computer skills – both using and teaching them.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs occasionally).
Bonus: Experience with water treatment systems.
