Clarifi Staffing is currently seeking both Full-Time (FT) and Part-Time (PT) School Psychologists to join our team in Illinois. These positions offer exciting opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing comprehensive psychological services within a school setting. The School Psychologists will play a key role in supporting students' academic achievement, social-emotional development, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho educational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic achievement, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral concerns.
  • Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to inform decision-making and intervention planning.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans for students with special needs.
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups to address social-emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Support school-wide initiatives aimed at promoting a positive school climate, mental health awareness, and social-emotional learning.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including eligibility determination meetings and IEP conferences.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and provide support to students and families in times of need.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring data.


Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement.
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting is preferred but not required for PT positions.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills, including knowledge of standardized assessment tools and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
