Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking dedicated School Physical Therapists to join our team and provide essential therapy services to students in various school districts across Illinois. As a School Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support students with physical disabilities in achieving their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and assistive device training, both in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans and support their participation in classroom activities and school routines.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Educate and empower students, families, and school staff regarding strategies for promoting independence, mobility, and overall physical well-being.

Requirements

• Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Illinois license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse physical disabilities in educational or pediatric settings.
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and continuous improvement.
