Clarifi Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position guarantees full-time hours through the end of the year, with potential placement opportunities within the school district based on performance.

As an SLPA, you will provide support to the educational process by supplementing and enhancing speech and language pathology services. Your responsibilities will include conducting screenings, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, assisting with assessments, and supporting various speech-language pathology tasks under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

Job Duties Include:

1. Conducting speech-language screenings using age-appropriate protocols developed by the supervising SLP.
2. Implementing treatment plans or protocols developed by a supervising SLP.
3. Documenting progress and reporting information to the supervising SLP.
4. Assisting the SLP during assessments and performing clerical duties.
5. Acting as an interpreter for non-English-speaking families when competent to do so.
6. Scheduling activities and maintaining records.
7. Performing equipment checks and maintenance.
8. Assisting with research projects, in-service training, and education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Language Pathology.
• Current SLPA License, with license reimbursement available.
