Clarifi Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
• Provide therapy services to students both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals.
• Monitor and document student progress towards goals.
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and other team meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for ASHA certification.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
