Performs difficult skilled work in the operation of motorized equipment.  Requires general knowledge of the principles and practices of operating and servicing trucks and related heavy construction equipment.  Successful applicant must be able to operate all types of heavy equipment such as bulldozer, heavy front-end loader, back-hoe, street flusher, crane, gradall, slope mower, boom loader, belt loader, lowboy, large motor grader and large tandem axle dump truck.
