Motor Equipment Operator I

Knowledge of principles and practices of operating a dump truck and related light construction equipment; knowledge of traffic laws and regulations governing equipment operation and occupational hazards involved in safety precautions necessary to proper operation of varied equipment; ability to understand and follow simple oral and written directions; mechanical aptitude; ability to make minor repairs to equipment; ability to lift 75 - 100 pounds.

Qualifications

- Graduation from high school. - Experience in operation of light construction equipment.

Special Requirements

-Valid NC CDL (Commercial Drivers Licensed)
