Job Description

  • Serve as the Lead IT Specialist supporting a government client for the Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) program across 63 physical locations throughout the United States. 
  • Coordinates with other government stakeholders to ensure compliance with I.T. governance, software configuration, and program updates to each location within the program. 
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and the corporate shared services team to promote communication across the team and company while implementing the best I.T. practices. 
  • Coordinates with corporate resources to ensure the quality standards are met. 
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for technical knowledge required for effective system deployment. 
  • Regularly prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required.
  • Provide integration, analysis, design, development, documentation, and implementation assistance to program leadership.
  • Support the training of team members with Database Management, ensuring the process and concept for all deliverables are understood.
  • Supports HSPD-12 enrollments and activations of SmartID cards; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ I.T. support experience focusing on end-user software support, database management, software deployment, software, and hardware troubleshooting required.
  • Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of clients and team members.
  • Able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks. 
  • Display organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and GSA scheduling tool (preferred). 

Education:

  • Associates degree (preferred).

Clearance Requirement:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of clearance.
