RESPONSIBILITIES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Perform monthly, quarterly and year end closings on accrual and US GAAP basis
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Prepare and analyze operating statements
- Budget analysis
- Review and analyze current and future cash requirements for properties
- Prepare operating budgets in conjunction with property managers
- Perform balance sheet analysis/work papers
- Prepare for yearly audit and tax filings
- Joint venture reporting
- Very close coordination with Property Managers
- Knowledge of Property Management accounting software, experience with Yardi is a strong plus
- Strong Word/ Excel skills
- Perform all other duties as assigned
