The schedule for this shift is as follows: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am 

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Composite preparation
• Surface filler preparation and shaping
• Familiar with Single Stage and Base/Clear application.
• Light primer application
• Sanding and Buffing
• Adding vinyl striping
• Laying and smoothing sealants
• Detailing Exterior and Interior of Aircraft
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 10%; must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One to twelve months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
