Description
Christie Clinic is seeking a full-time Courier Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm(with flexibility). Duties include the pick up and delivery of materials from one department(s) to another in order to assist staff.
Individual must have excellent customer service skills, good driving record, valid Illinois Drivers License, and must be able to lift maximum of 50 lbs.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Demands include walking, sitting while driving, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hearing within, or correctable to, normal range, vision correctable to 20/20 and manual dexterity for the operation of a motor vehicle is required.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed both in the office and driving in the community. Contact with staff and the public is common. Requirements may include working irregular hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinic material and pick up supplies.
- Mail and distribute supplies to appropriate destinations.
- Run various errands for the clinic as requested.
- Assist with opening, dating, and distributing incoming mail.
- Perform related work as required.
