The Program Manager provides leadership, supervision and direction within a multidisciplinary team working in Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) for Persons in need of psychiatric services living independently in the community. This involves ensuring active engagement with persons served, assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment planning, skill building and symptom management, addiction treatment, and behavioral and physical health monitoring and support.
The Program manager will indirectly supervise a large outreach team consisting of nursing staff, a substance abuse counselor, a housing coordinator, and direct care outreach staff and also be responsible for the direct supervision of licensed clinicians who complete comprehensive assessments and person-led treatment plans.
Requirements
- Masters degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution required
- Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC1, RN, and Licensed
- Rehab Counselors, Physicians, Registered Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist, and Psychologist
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with Persons in need of psychiatric services
- Preferably have had at least 2 years of direct management/supervisory experience within a mental health or related field
