CHD is seeking an experienced clinical and administrative professional to oversee a clinic and inter-disciplinary team serving the folks with persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

CHD is seeking an experienced clinical and administrative professional to oversee a large, diverse Behavioral Health Clinic located in Holyoke, MA with a small satellite in Springfield. Primarily serving adults this clinic offers outpatient group, individual and family therapy, community-based peer and case management and clinic-based medication management and nurse case management.  The Clinic Director is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective clinic operations, fiscal viability, licensor and payer compliance, as well as program and staff development. This outpatient system is closely aligned with our regionally contracted CBHC clinic and a focus on seamless transitions between levels of care is essential.

The Program Director would lead a culture focused on quality and collaborative care, with a priority focused on career long professional growth for the whole team. In addition to outpatient services, this clinic is BSAS Substance Abuse licensed and carries multiple grants serving the under-housed and folks with substance misuse patterns.  The right leader will be able to manage these contracts and implement program models that can be sustained by these funding sources. This is a team with a strong heart and community focus; the right candidate will center and amplify those values.

 Qualifications

  • Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
  • Strong fiscal management experience, minimum 2 years
  • Clinical supervisory experience
  • Integrated care/Inter-disciplinary care experience 
  • Ability to interpret and make decisions using data from financial, staffing, and EHR sources
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
