The Program Manager provides supervision and direction within a multidisciplinary outreach team working in Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) for Persons in need of psychiatric services living independently in the community. This involves ensuring active engagement with persons served, assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment planning, skill building and symptom management, addiction treatment, and behavioral and physical health monitoring and support.  

ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) is funded through the Department of Mental Health and is a multidisciplinary outreach approach for persons served in need of psychiatric and other services living independently in the community. This involves active engagement with persons served including assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment planning, skill building, symptom management, addiction treatment, and behavioral and physical health monitoring and support.  

The Assistant Program Manager will directly supervise an outreach team that includes a Program Supervisor, a Housing Specialist, and direct care staff. 

Requirements 

-Must have a Masters degree in a social work/mental health or related field from an accredited educational institution. 

-Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) - includes LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC1, Licensed Rehab Counselors, Physicians, Registered Nurses, Registered Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists. 

-Minimum of two years’ experience working with Persons in need of psychiatric services. 

-At least one year of management/supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Salary:

65,000 per year
