Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participates in daily and long range lesson and classroom activity planning.
2. Conducts learning activities will small groups of students.
3. Guides students in working and playing harmoniously with other students.
4. Alerts the teacher to special needs of individual students.
5. Provides escort and assistance to students as needed.
6. Helps maintain individual records for students.
7. Fosters good eating habits and table manners for students.
8. Assists teacher in maintaining neat work and study areas.
9. Assists with the supervision of students.
10. Collects and displays suitable materials for educational displays.
11. Supervises students in the cafeteria during lunch times.
12. Responsible for mailing of Report Cards and other mass mailings directed to assigned class
13. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Director/Principal may from time to time assign.
