ProfessionalOutside Sales Representativefor ourPackaging Products Division. This business-to-business sales opportunity requires a talented sales professional that is skilled in identifying and developing new business opportunities, assisting and developing current customers, staying on top of industry trends and activities, and continually seeking to expand Cellofoam's market share within the assigned territory. Well qualified candidates will be hardworking, knowledgeable and completely devoted to their craft.

Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):

  • Delivering business results – committed to both top and bottom-line growth with a strong understanding of cost, price, value, and other financial drivers that impact profitability.
  • Preparing proposals, quote prices, and promise delivery within established limits.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential new customers.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the territory through cold calling, call reports, account plans and collaboration within the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers within the sales territory.
  • Developing new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (i.e., quarterly sales and budget results and annual forecasts).
  • Preparing and maintaining strategic account plans.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and production scheduled.
  • Developing and actively maintain project and sales funnel.
  • Perform service for problems, investigate customer complaints and report back to form a resolution.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide support for marketing and communication programs – Trade Shows, Articles, Web, and Brochures.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
  • Maintain a working knowledge and be in compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and federal antitrust laws.
  • Adhere to Cellofoam North America Inc. company focus areas – safety, financial, customer, and people.
  • Keep the Director of Sales and managers informed at all times of potential issues and concerns.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related discipline (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
