Cellofoam North America is looking for an Outside Sales Representative. This business-to-business sales opportunity supports our Protective Packaging Division buy selling cold chain and protective packaging solutions to medical supply companies, manufacturers, and prepared food companies within the Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and portions of PA, NC and WV.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contributing to the development of your sales plan and then assuming total ownership of the plan and results.
- Coordinating and managing the proposal process, price quotes, and delivery within established limits.
- Developing and expanding enduring relationships with new and existing customers while increasing market share.
- Increasing sales by effectively prospecting for and qualifying customers. Developing mutually beneficial proposals, presenting, closing, and onboarding new customers.
- Providing thoughtful, timely and accurate quarterly sales forecasts, budget results, and annual forecast projections.
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and production scheduled.
Who You Are:
- A professional Outside Sales Representative with significant experience growing customer bases and enhancing your company’s position in the marketplace.
- A Sales Leader who is comfortable collaborating with various teams within Cellofoam (Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) to facilitate sales.
- A confident communicator and presenter with significant experience presenting at external industry events such as trade shows and conferences.
- A Sales Leader with a demonstrated success in all aspects of sales
- Hardworking, Persuasive, Curious, Innovative, Methodical, and Relentless.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Minimum of five years of successful Outside Sales experience.
- Sandler Selling background preferred, but not required.
- Experience selling injection molded EPS packaging preferred, but not required.
