Part Time 32 Hours/Week - 3pm - 1130pm

Primary Function: Responsible for assisting with patient care in the Emergency Services department

Responsibilities:

  • Transports patients between different hospital units.
  • Ensures that supplies in the Emergency Services department are properly stocked.
  • Administer CPR, check blood pressure, temperature or perform phlebotomy and electrocardiograms as needed.
  • Ensure the emergency rooms are neat and orderly at all times.
  • Adjust crutches for patients as necessary.
  • Obtain food order from kitchen.
  • Transport discharged patients via wheel chair to car.
  • Deliver specimens as needed 9. Performs all other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications and Specifications: Vocational/Technical Training, more than 6 months job-related experience or equivalent is required, Certified Nursing Assistant license required
