Job Summary:
Prepares, coordinates and implements decision support and service line reporting for Care New England and its Operating Units.
Provides financial analysis to support strategic decisions and System initiatives. Uses business acumen and strong customer focus skills to manage projects.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
- MBA or Masters Degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years experience in healthcare finance.
- Financial modeling, cost accounting, decision support or healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical and organizational skills required as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
