Butler Hospital is seeking to expand our Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Programs!! We are searching for a dynamic and talented part-time Program Therapist who can join our team and support Young Adults, ages 18 to 26!
The role is responsible for providing 1:1 therapy for a small caseload each week, facilitating group therapy sessions, conducting level of evaluations for admission to the program, and working as part of a team to move patients successfully through the program. Our group curriculum utilizes CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy with a strong focus on fostering patient resiliency.

The schedule is 20 hours per week however employees have the ability to pick up extra hours (up to full time work) if desired.
Requirements: Master Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required and must be eligible to earn hours towards RI independent license; **RI LICSW, LMHC or LMFT preferred. Experience in evaluations, group therapy, and 1:1 therapy preferred. We will train on group therapy content and curriculum. We will also train on the resiliency model used in this program.
Schedule: M, T, 12-7pm and TH 11:30-7p.m. part-time, 20 hours weekly.
