Job Summary:
The Providence Center Co-occurring Master's Level Clinician - ICTT Team will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community, within our new "CCBHC" (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic") capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform, crisis intervention, counseling, screening, client education, referral, treatment planning, and consultation for clients in the program.
Perform a comprehensive psycho-social assessment of assigned consumers.
Provide individual, group, and family mental health and/or substance abuse therapy.
Collaborate with other providers, agencies, and individuals in the consumers' network of care.
Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.
Attend trainings, case presentations and conferences.
Maintain cooperative relationships with Center staff, consumers, community agencies and the public.
Serve on appropriate Center committees.
Provide mental health consultation to other community agencies.

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, LCDP and clinical experience required.
LICSW and/or LMHC preferred. LICSW strongly preferred.
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively with consumers, community agencies and Center employees.
Must be fluent in Spanish speaking, writing and reading.
Insured auto and valid driver's license.
