Job Summary:

The TPC Clinical Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center or telehealth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers. Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms.

Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input. Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.

Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Canter requirements.

Requirements:

Master痴 degree in Social Work or related field (LCSW ~ LMHC ~ LFMT) or independent license required (LICSW and/or LMHC).

Supervision towards independent license available.
