Butler Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate clinical psychologist to join one of our Ambulatory Behavioral Health services including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Outpatient services. These Butler Hospital programs are designed to treat a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and substance use disorders. They also typically involve a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nurses. Our programs utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to provide comprehensive care to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention.

responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and carrying a small outpatient caseload.

Assess and diagnosis mental and emotional disorders of patients presenting for evaluation and/or treatment

Treats a wide range of psychological disorders by employing evidence-based treatments including, but not limited to: cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy

Develops an appropriate treatment plan that includes the frequency, intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies.

Provides crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS

PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program required
